Usually whatever hurts most and risks least — often social and enquiries. We run it for a month while you watch how we work.

Invoicing, books and admin move across as trust builds. Nothing is handed over before you are ready for it to be.

Systems get built where they save you time, and one monthly report tells you exactly what happened without you having to ask.

What owners ask before we start.
How quickly do you take things over?
The review happens in the first week and you get the findings within 48 hours. We usually start running one job by the end of month one — normally social and enquiries, because they are the most visible and the least risky to hand over. Books and admin follow once you have seen how we work.
What do you need from me?
A couple of hours up front, then very little. One call to understand how the business runs, access to the accounts we will be working in, and a way to reach you for the decisions that are genuinely yours. After that the point is that it stops needing you.
What if I want to stop?
You stop. It is month to month with no long contract, and anything we built for you — scheduling, booking systems, your website — is yours to keep. We would rather keep you because it is working than because leaving is painful.
How do I know it’s working?
One monthly report in plain language: what went out, what came in, what got handled, and what needs you. The honest measure is simpler though — the jobs you used to do on a Sunday evening stop landing on you.
